You will be employed in the Production department of the Company and be responsible for legal research, as well as forms drafting, review and revision. Attorneys licensed in States other than Mississippi preferred. Salary negotiable.

Independent Contractor Attorneys - Full time positions for attorneys to draft legal forms, conduct research and perform other functions for the Company from your location. Must have over 5 years experience in general law practice. Pay negotiable.

Paralegals - Full time positions for paralegals with over 5 years experience in the legal field. Must be capable of creating and maintaining forms or other legal publication products independently.
