U.S. Legal Forms adds officers, relocates

FLOWOOD — U.S. Legal Forms Inc. has named three executives to its management team. J. Kirby Lane will serve as chief financial officer, James T. Greenier becomes director of attorney services and Chuck Odom will head consigner relations. The strategic move is designed to improve services and open up new avenues of product offerings.

All three executive appointments are in line with an expansion plan for the company. To accommodate its growing staff, U.S. Legal Forms completed relocation this month to a new 27,000-square-foot headquarters in Flowood. When it began in 1998, U.S. Legal Forms only had two employees and rented space from Adams & Edens law firm. The company now has more than 25 employees.
