Ex-SkyTel chief's investment OK'd

Former SkyTel Communications Chairman John N. Palmer has acquired the right to invest more than $5 million in USlegal Inc., a newly formed holding company whose assets include USlegalforms.com. He also will join the company's Board of Directors.

USlegal Inc., as a parent corporation of various USlegal companies, integrates offerings to attorneys and the public that include legal information, legal products, legal forms, and document preparation.
